Using partitioning to solve addition problems
We were learning to use partitioning to solve addition problems with 2- and 3-digit problems. Here you can see the sums that the students were most proud of on the day. We couldn't add more to the list as the white board was already covered in sums.

Information Reports and Presentations
This term we have been learning about the differences between facts and opinions.
Students researched facts on animals of their choice. All of the information gathering and the making of the posters, etc. were completed at home and then shared with the class.

Celebrating Progress!
Over the last few weeks our students have shown a real interest in practising their new found knowledge. Students will often sit before school or when the weather keeps them in at play, creating their own sums or asking each other some questions. A few students were caught on camera. Well done girls. Keep practising!

Our art can tell a story
We created these pictures of our families and what we like to do together. See if you can see who the family members are and what we like to do.
We have three more art pieces in progress. They will be uploaded when they have been completed.
