Thank you Ms Taupo
We said good bye to Ms Taupo on Friday after she worked with us for five weeks. Room 16 was very sad to see Ms Taupo leave.
Thank You!
Kaka visiting our school
A kaka was sitting in the tree next to our library the other day, singing and squawking with two tuis. He was hard to spot as his colours matched the colours of the leaves, perfectly. Beautifully camouflaged. What a privilege to have our native birds visiting us here in our school environment.
Can you spot the him in this photo?

We were the hosts at assembly today!
Here we are showing our art.
Through this piece of art we were learning about the virtue of resilience and we were learning maths. It gave us a time to practise being resilient when completing a task.
First we had to take our time to create the repeating patterns to decorate our bunnies. The bunnies and glasses were also very tricky to cut out. We were patient and took our time to cut carefully around each shape without cutting into the pictures.
